Shri Krishna's advent on this earth, came to  teach mankind to be in witness state so that they see that everything is nothing but a leela and will come out of various conditionings that are enslaving mankind.
To overcome left vishudhi problems, one has to go all the way out and become dynamic in spreading sahaja yoga.
Thirdly, through meditation, we have find out our shortcomings and we have to accept whatever is wrong with us, in order to overcome it.
We have to introspect and find out if we have Divine discretion and try to develop it by improving Hamsa chakra.
